Standing Committee
Comprising ISA's leadership, the Standing Committee evaluates Regional Committee inputs to guide decisions.

Regional Committees
Regional Committees consolidate inputs from ISA members across Africa, Asia-Pacific, Latin America-Caribbean, and Europe-Others.

Secretariat
The Secretariat consists of the Director General and leadership members. The Director General is selected by, and accountable to, the Assembly and appoints the Secretariat’s leadership for a four-year term.

The ISA Assembly is the apex decision-making body, overseeing objectives, operations, budgets, and programme implementation. Member Countries vote annually on key matters, while observers and partners participate without voting rights. Special Assembly meetings may be convened under exceptional circumstances to ensure flexible governance.
