Scaling Solar Rooftops promotes the deployment of rooftop grid-connected solar power plants across ISA Member Countries, with special focus on Small Island Developing States. It supports rooftop solar awareness, technical capacity, and standardized policy frameworks while overcoming barriers through enabling policies and implementation frameworks.

Strengthening Global Solar Capacity
The ISA has significantly expanded its training programs across rooftop solar installations and implementation frameworks. Over the past year, ISA has trained technicians, engineers, and policymakers through workshops, webinars, and on-ground demonstration programs. This initiative strengthens institutional capacities while enabling member countries to adopt rooftop solar technologies through practical knowledge exchange and policy support.
